Celebrating art in all its myriad forms for 8 days, Serendipity Arts Festival successfully concluded its 4th edition in the scenic city of Panjim, Goa, in 2019. This film bears testament to the amount of research, planning and production that goes into the making of a festival that spans 7 disciplines of art distilled into over a 100 projects under 14 curators, and numerous special project curators.
